When Chartered Accountants South East (formerly the South Eastern Society of Chartered Accountants) was established, one of its core objectives was to engage with and support Chartered Accountants in the South East region. On Monday, 12th May, charity expert Claris D’cruz will present a one-hour live online course from 10:00 to 11:00, designed to fit easily into the busy schedule of accountants. The session, titled “Supporting Charities and Their Trustees on Finance Matters – 10 Top Tips,” is tailored for accountants, auditors, and finance professionals.
The course, hosted via Zoom, will cover key aspects of charity trusteeship, including what the role entails, what will be expected of you, and the benefits of trusteeship. It will also provide guidance on where to find trusteeship opportunities and how to secure a position that aligns with your interests and expertise.
